Key responsibility:
      
      1. Service for new electronical engine
      2. Support OEM ShaanQi
      3. Support XAPT CNG buses
      4. Provide support in new product introduction
      5. Make and submit trouble-shooting report for each overhaul or field service assignment
      6. Increase customer satisfaction at providing quality and timely field service support to end user
      7. Training for dealer to improve their capability
      8. Provide coaching to technicians overhaul&repower engine
      9. Service for QSK45 engine
      10. Support and training for dealer to improve service capability
      11. Dealer Development
      12. Warranty & Policy claim
      
      Requirement
      
      1. Bachelor degree or above
      2. Major in engine or automotive engineering
      3. At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience in automotive or engine repair
      4. Good command of English in reading & writing
      5. Basic oral English
      6. Communication & coordination skills
      7. Customer-led attitude
      8. Computer literacy
